We are not meant to move through life alone. In a world that often pulls us apart, Sovereignty Circle: Woven Together is an invitation to return—to ourselves, to each other, and to the interconnectivity of life that holds us all.
This is a space to breathe, move, explore, and connect in a way that honors both our individual sovereignty and our deep interconnection. Through gentle guided meditations, movement and somatic practices, and creative exploration, we’ll attune to the rhythms of our bodies, the pulse of the collective, and the unseen threads that weave us together.
Each gathering offers a unique experience, yet all are held within sacred agreements, creating a container of trust and presence where we can open fully to the moment.

How to prepare and what to bring:
Comfort items for sitting and laying on the floor and for during breathwork (cushions, bolsters, yoga mat, cozy blankets, sheep skin, etc.)
Journal and pen
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
You are welcome to bring a snack for afterwards, and water in a sealed container for during is of course welcome.
Open mind and open heart.
This gathering is a closed experience, meaning once we begin, we cannot accept any late arrivals to encourage confidentiality and ease of nervous systems for all. Please plan travel times accordingly, arrive early so you can get settled in and begin unfolding into the sanctuary of our space together.
I also ask that you leave cellphones and electronic devices in the car to honor and allow each participant the spaciousness to explore connection without distractions.
