RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule an appointment, you may do so with at least 48 hours advance notice. If we are able to reschedule another appointment within one month, there will be no charge. You must email your reschedule request to deanna@deannajannuzzi.com.
If you reach out to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your appointment fee.
Cancelation & Refunds
There are no refunds given for cancelled appointments or withdrawing your attendance from a workshop, circle, event, or retreat. When you say Yes to a Session, Circle, Event, Retreat, or Gathering, I honor your energetic presence and you and your particular energies are carefully considered in all of the preparations.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or session that you have booked, you forfeit any monetary exchange submitted.
No refunds are given for withdrawing your attendance from events. Your registration reserves your space for that event only.
If an EVENT is CANCELLED due to shelter-in-place or any other governmental guidelines, you will be offered a full credit to be used at any future gathering within 1-year of our original event date.
health policy
If you are attending an in-person session, event, circle, workshop, or retreat, please be self-responsible and mindful to arrive healthy and well. If you are experiencing any symptoms of any contagious illness, or have recently been in contact or proximity with someone who has been experiencing any contagious illness, you are asked to excuse yourself from attending.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds given for cancellation. If you are a “no show” for your session or event, you forfeit any monetary exchange submitted.
late arrivals
Private Sessions: Private session appointments will be held for 15 minutes after the designated start time. If you are less than 15 minutes late, you lose that partial time of your session. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and lose the appointment and the funds exchanged. Each session is held with deep intention and carefully crafted, so I appreciate your understanding.
If you know you are going to be late, please contact Deanna to alert her of this as soon as you are able.
Group Gatherings: Events, Circles, Retreats, and Group Gatherings will begin on time and once they begin, we are a sealed, energetic container to allow for a deepening-in of safe, intentional, energetics and to honor each person in the space and their sacred “YES”. Unfortunately, if you are late, you will not be let in and refunds will not be given. Please plan your time accordingly, building in potential traffic, parking, and allowing yourself to fully arrive.

If you have purchased a package or a retainer to work with Deanna, you have 3-months from the purchase date to schedule appointments
